Brooks + Chelsie

Brooks and I had been talking for a few weeks planning all the details to pull off his surprise proposal; from where to stand, where to park, timing, which entrance they were using, etc. On the iPhone you can share locations with people so I instructed Brooks to share his location with me so we could secretly stalk each other all day, without Chelsie suspecting anything!

Ryan and I arrived early to the location Brooks chose, which was Inspiration Point in Corona Del Mar, Ca. We stood in two different locations, hid in the bushes and waited for them to walk up the ramp from the beach entrance. Brooks stood in the exact place I had marked for him on the map, told Chelsie why she was "The One" and asked her to be his wife, all while we were holding back tears watching this all unfold!

After the proposal they went back to their hotel room, changed their clothes and met us on the beach for a surprise engagement session! It actually worked out perfectly because Brooks told Chelsie to bring a dress in case they went out to a nice dinner, this backless sundress fit her like a glove and was SO perfect for a beach engagement session!
